These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of our website, games, software, hardware products, preorders, prerelease products, and related services.


ÆÐELRIC Studios Inc. is the legal contracting entity for transactions made through this website unless checkout expressly identifies another seller. Any S corporation tax treatment is a federal tax election and does not change the company's Florida corporate identity or legal name.


By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.


1. Use of the Website

You may not damage, disable, overload, disrupt, or interfere with the website, its servers, payment systems, mail systems, accounts, or other users.

3. Preorders and Prerelease Products


The AegisBox product line, ÆÐELRIC Router, WarFall, and other products may be sold before their final release, completion, manufacturing, or general availability.


A product identified as a preorder, prerelease, early access, alpha, beta, prototype, development build, or experimental product is still under development. Images, specifications, features, software, performance targets, packaging, accessories, pricing, and release dates may change before delivery or release.


Any release date, shipment date, production date, or delivery estimate is an estimate unless we clearly state otherwise. Manufacturing, component availability, certification, testing, software development, platform approval, supply chain conditions, or other circumstances may cause delays.


If shipment is delayed beyond a promised shipment period, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, consent request, or refund required by applicable law.


4. Orders and Acceptance


Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We may reject, limit, or cancel an order because of product availability, suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing errors, technical errors, legal restrictions, or other legitimate reasons.


If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled portion of the order.


5. Prices, Taxes, and Payment


Prices are shown in the currency displayed during checkout.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, and other charges may be added where required.


Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal.
Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms and privacy policies.

Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, ÆÐELRIC Studios Inc. is the seller of record for products and services sold directly through this website. Stripe, PayPal, and similar providers process payments on our behalf and do not replace the contracting seller.


You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you select for the total amount shown at checkout.


6. Shipping and Delivery of Hardware


Hardware shipping dates are estimates and may change.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.


International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local regulatory requirements, unless checkout or applicable law states otherwise.


Risk of loss, transfer of title, and delivery responsibility will be determined by the shipping terms shown at checkout and by applicable consumer law.


7. Digital Products, Games, and Software Licenses


Digital products, including WarFall, PhoenixTech-related software, game builds, downloadable files, and prerelease software, are licensed and not sold unless we expressly state otherwise.


Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the digital product for its intended purpose.


You may not copy, resell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, remove ownership notices, or commercially exploit our digital products except where permitted by law or by a separate written license.


Prerelease software may contain bugs, incomplete systems, missing features, compatibility problems, data loss risks, balance changes, performance issues, or substantial changes before release.


8. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds


Refund and cancellation rights depend on the product, the order status, your location, and applicable law.


Hardware preorder cancellation requests should be submitted before the order enters final assembly, packaging, or shipment.
We may still provide additional cancellation or return rights where required by law or stated in a product-specific policy.


Digital content may become non-refundable after download, activation, access, or performance begins where permitted by law and where any legally required consent or acknowledgement was obtained.


Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or limited.


9. Hardware Warranty and Support


Hardware warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, and return authorization procedures will be stated in the warranty information supplied with the product or on the applicable product page.


Warranty coverage may exclude accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repair, unsupported modification, liquid damage, improper installation, electrical damage, or use outside documented operating requirements, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

For accepted orders, we will not make a material substitution without providing notice or any remedy required by law.
