ÆÐELRIC Studios Inc. is committed to maintaining a professional, safe, respectful, inclusive, and productive workplace for employees, contractors, interns, applicants, and business partners.

Employees are expected to conduct themselves professionally, communicate respectfully, protect company information and intellectual property, follow applicable security procedures, and perform their responsibilities honestly and responsibly.

1. Equal Opportunity, Harassment, and Discrimination

Discrimination, harassment, intimidation, bullying, or retaliation are not tolerated. Employment decisions must be based on legitimate business and job-related considerations and comply with federal, Florida, and applicable local law.

2. Reporting Workplace Concerns

Employees should promptly report harassment, discrimination, retaliation, unsafe conditions, fraud, security incidents, unethical conduct, or other serious policy concerns to management or another designated company representative. Reports should be reviewed as promptly and impartially as reasonably possible, with confidentiality respected to the extent practicable.

3. Workplace Health and Safety

Employees must follow applicable health, safety, equipment, and emergency procedures and promptly report unsafe conditions, injuries, equipment hazards, or other workplace safety concerns.

4. Confidentiality and Information Security

Company systems, source code, credentials, development builds, customer information, financial information, internal communications, security infrastructure, unreleased products, and other confidential materials must be accessed and used only for authorised business purposes.

Employees must not intentionally disclose confidential information, bypass security controls, share credentials, or access systems beyond their authorised responsibilities.

5. Company Equipment and Systems

Company equipment and systems must be used responsibly. Limited personal use may be permitted where authorised and where it does not interfere with work, security, legal obligations, or company operations.

6. Timekeeping, Attendance, and Payroll

Employees are expected to accurately record working time where required and comply with applicable attendance, scheduling, overtime, leave, and payroll procedures.

7. Conflicts of Interest

Potential conflicts must be disclosed where outside employment, financial interests, personal relationships, or other activities could materially interfere with responsibilities to ÆÐELRIC Studios Inc.

8. Intellectual Property

Company intellectual property—including source code, designs, inventions, documentation, artwork, internal tools, business systems, and work created within the scope of employment—must be handled according to applicable agreements, licensing terms, and company policies.

9. Good-Faith Reporting and Non-Retaliation

Employees are encouraged to raise good-faith concerns. Retaliation for legally protected reporting or participation in protected investigations or proceedings is prohibited.

10. Policy Violations and Disciplinary Action

Violations may result in corrective or disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contractual relationships, subject to applicable law and the circumstances involved.

11. Employment Relationship and Policy Changes

This policy does not create a contract of employment or guarantee employment for any particular duration. ÆÐELRIC Studios Inc. may revise workplace policies as its workforce, operations, and legal obligations evolve.
